Becoming a customer with New Hope Gas is a simple process.

Speak with a Customer Care Representative on the phone or in person to answer any questions you may have and to fill out an application for service.

Tank Options

  • No tank – if you do not have a tank we will schedule a technician to set one of our tanks, sized according to your needs.
  • Our tank – if you already have one of our tanks we will schedule a technician to do a safety check and open the line.
  • Someone else’s tank – we can schedule a technician to set our tank and contact the previous supplier that the customer has established service with us – so they can pick-up their tank.
  • Own tank – if you own your own tank, we will do a pressure check on the lines before filling.

Service Agreement – the application for service is an agreement for service that must be signed. If it is filled out over the phone it will be mailed to you to be signed and returned.

Delivery – there are options for delivery and payment that your Customer Care Representative can discuss with you.
